On May 20th and 22nd, Wang Zhijian, Deputy Party Secretary and President of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, visited Sinotruk Tai’an Wu Yue Special Vehicle Co., Ltd. and Sinotruk Jinan Special Vehicle Co., Ltd. to research enterprise operations and presided over special meetings to coordinate future development work for Sinotruk's special vehicles.

At Tai’an Wu Yue Company, Wang Zhijian examined the company's main products one by one, understood domestic and international market sales and order delivery situations in detail, and went deep into dump truck welding lines, painting lines, and assembly lines to further understand workshop production line layout, safety production, and corporate culture construction. At Jinan Special Vehicle Company, Wang Zhijian carefully inquired about vehicle structural design, technical performance, and adaptability modifications, focusing on inspecting the final assembly and refrigerated workshops, and conducted in-depth exchanges with on-site personnel regarding key process production flows, processing technology advancement, full-process quality control, and key technology implementation.

At the coordination meeting, Taian Wu Yue Company and Jinan Special Vehicle Company respectively provided detailed reports on main indicator operations from January to April, product line upgrades and expansion, and annual business targets. Wang Zhijian stated that in recent years, Sinotruk's special vehicles have achieved significant development, and in the future, they should continue to focus on the mid-to-high-end market, further expand domestic and international market scale, and continuously enhance Sinotruk's brand influence.

Wang Zhijian emphasized that relevant personnel should enter the market, approach customers, and move toward excellence, benchmarking against international advanced standards, continuously exploring and applying new processes, new technologies, and new equipment to develop new products. They should explore existing product characteristics, create differentiated competitive advantages, and develop industry specialties. They should fully utilize the group's internal resources, strengthen internal technical exchanges and experience sharing, continuously forge product core competitiveness, and achieve comprehensive upgrades in research and development quality and manufacturing levels.
